Set off to discover Grande-Terre, the eastern wing of the butterfly shape formed by the Guadeloupe archipelago. This excursion takes you through contrasting landscapes, from preserved mangroves and rugged cliffs to white sandy beaches lapped by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

The adventure begins with an immersive journey into the heart of the mangrove, a fascinating ecosystem where mangrove roots plunge into calm, shimmering waters. This natural area is home to exceptional biodiversity and offers a peaceful moment up close with nature. You will then continue on to the cemetery of Morne-à-l'Eau, renowned for its striking black-and-white checkerboard tombs. This one-of-a-kind site, both artistic and steeped in history, is one of the most surprising places on the island.

The route then leads you to Pointe des Châteaux, one of Guadeloupe's most iconic natural landmarks. At the easternmost tip of the island, the wind-swept cliffs offer a spectacular panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding islands.

The excursion wraps up in Sainte-Anne, where you can unwind on one of the island's most beautiful beaches, browse the local market, or simply soak up the tropical seaside atmosphere. Several restaurants and beachside snack bars also give you the perfect opportunity to enjoy lunch in this laid-back setting (lunch not included).
