Who is behind Guadeloupe Explor?

Guadeloupe has always been part of my story.

After traveling the world and discovering many countries and cultures, the desire to return to my roots became undeniable. Every path I took always led me back to Guadeloupe — to this vibrant land of contrasting landscapes, its mixed heritage population and its rich, multifaceted traditions.

But my connection with the island was not built through travel alone. It was also shaped by the stories of my father, born on this land, and the values my family passed on to me: respect for living things, a deep bond with nature and the importance of sharing knowledge.

Over time, hiking, diving, snorkeling, back roads and human encounters profoundly transformed the way I see the island. I was never taught to consume Guadeloupe — I was taught to understand it.

Connecting with my Guadeloupe, sharing its emotions, its landscapes and its traditions with visitors from all walks of life, became my true calling.

It is in this spirit of returning to roots and of sharing that Guadeloupe Explor was born, more than ten years ago.
